Operational immersion (3–5 days)
Sessions with each area's leadership. We map real processes, volumes, pain points, regulatory constraints and where decisions happen today with no audit trail.

Executive direction (1 day)
With C-level leadership. Defines the organization's A.I. First thesis: role of the cockpit, stance on human-in-the-loop, security, governance and source of truth. This is what creates the shared language the whole transformation rests on.

Entry prioritization
Each candidate slice is scored by client pain, economic impact, operational criticality, political feasibility, ease of digital capture and integration capability. The target vision can be horizontal; the start must be focused.

Read-out and roadmap
Board presentation: where the company stands on the 5 criteria, the chosen slice, the roadmap of following milestones, indicative budget and success criteria.
