01 · Identity
Who we are
MVA — originally conceived as My Vibe Agent — is an artificial intelligence tech holding founded in August 2025 in São Paulo. We operate on two complementary tracks: (1) building and operating our own vertical AI products, and (2) advising companies, PE/VC funds and scale-ups on technical transformation.
MVA is a young company. The team isn't. We are a group of operators with over 20 combined years in applied technology — infrastructure, cloud, fintech, infratech, legal tech. That accumulated experience is what made it possible to build Leiloa.ai and LawPilot in parallel during the second half of 2025 with product-grade quality from day one.
The thesis is direct. The next generation of technology companies does not sell software — it delivers the intellectual work itself. AI agents with deep regulatory and operational context replace entire processes that used to depend on human headcount. The industry calls this "services become software". That's exactly the frontier MVA operates on.
We are not vendors. We build alongside the client, from diagnosis to operation. If it is a product of our own, we run it. If it is an advisory engagement, we roll up our sleeves — we do not show up with a deck.

Before MVA
The MVA team carries over two combined decades operating technology in Brazil's regulated markets — including C-level passes through fintech, asset management, critical infrastructure and legal tech. All of MVA's engineering rests on that foundation.
Aug 2025
MVA is founded
MVA is incorporated in São Paulo as a tech holding focused on vertical AI. The dual-track model (in-house products + advisory) was the thesis from day one — not a pivot.
2025 H2
Parallel build
Leiloa.ai and LawPilot are developed simultaneously under the holding umbrella. Each one with a dedicated senior squad, multi-agent architecture and deep Brazilian regulatory context.
2026
Launch + scale
Public product launches. Leiloa.ai enters scale with investment from Raja Ventures. LawPilot enters private beta with selected law firms. Advisory operation starts scaling with recurring PE/VC clients.

Brazilian venture capital from Belo Horizonte, focused on real estate, construction, industry and fintech. Raja's investment in Leiloa.ai came from the proptech angle, not the AI angle — and that's exactly why it matters: a real-estate-focused fund saw vertical AI as the unlock for a regulated asset class (judicial auction). A meaningful early validation that MVA's thesis — vertical agents for traditional markets — speaks the language of investors who actually deploy capital in real estate.
