About MVA
MVA builds software and AI agents for companies and runs its own products, leiloa.ai and LawPilot. It was founded in São Paulo in August 2025 by Thiago Lara.

Founder
Over 15 years building software, from analyst to CTO. Before MVA, he was CTO at Byx Capital, where he built the technology area behind its payroll-loan and securitization products, and founded Lara Tech, a consulting and software studio that served more than 20 companies.
At MVA, he takes part in every project, from the first call to delivery.
