MVA is an AI tech holding. We build SaaS for regulated markets — judicial, legal, financial — and we run these products at scale in production, alongside the clients who use them every day.
01 · Why MVA
MVA was founded in 2025, but the team brings more than two decades operating technology and business across Brazilian markets — including C-level passes through fintech, asset management, infratech and legal tech. That background shapes the way we make technical decisions: with business, regulatory and customer context, not engineering grounding alone.
We maintain two in-house products — Leiloa.ai and LawPilot — and an advisory practice serving clients in cloud architecture, technical due diligence and AI discovery. Engineers here move across understanding the business context, contributing to product definition and writing the code itself — always understanding the why, with autonomy over the how.
If you want to see how a SaaS product is born from scratch — discovery with real customers, architectural decisions, first deploy, first incident, first scale — this is the environment. Here, the learning curve is steep by design: you see the whole cycle, not just a slice of it. For someone aiming to build a company one day, or simply wanting to understand how the game is played end to end, it is hard to find a better context.
02 · How we work
Engineering talks directly to clients, CEO and investors — a technical decision is a business decision.
Remote since day zero, with sync rituals where they actually matter: planning, discovery, review.
Premium models open, applied ML, agents in production. Fluency in AI is an expectation, not a differential.
ADR, post-mortem, design doc. Documentation for humans and machines — our agents read what we write.
Reviewed code, observability, non-negotiable security. High bar by necessity, not by aesthetic.
Individual development plans, study time, encouraged certifications. Training is part of how we operate.
03 · Technology & certifications
We operate in partnership with the vendors that define the market — and we invest in certification as part of every person's development plan.
Partnerships
Access to credits, enablement programs and official tracks — passed through to the team and to clients.
Certifications
Every technical person at MVA is certified or on an active certification track.
Study time, exam costs and official materials are covered by MVA.
04 · The journey here
First 30 days
Immersion in product, customer and code. Access granted, first PR in the first week, first deploy in the first month.
Up to 60 days
Ownership of a module or flow. Joins discovery, code review and architectural decisions.
90 days and beyond
Evolution conversation based on actual delivery, cultural fit and technical contribution. Structured development plan, next challenges defined.
05 · The other side
Honesty saves time. There are things we do not deliver today:
PDF career ladder, long-vesting RSUs, formally assigned mentor. We are being built brick by brick.
We have planning and sprints, but priorities shift. If context switching bothers you, it will weigh.
No code review, no documented decisions, no visible path. We talk and document a lot.
Leaving your current company is not motivation enough. We want people coming for MVA, not running from somewhere else.
06 · Open positions
Each role has its own application form. We respond to every candidate — positive or not — with a clear answer.
