How we operate

Depends on the slice defined in the Foundation. We work in cycles that ship to production, not in closed multi-month projects with no release.

1. 01

   Slice and definition of done

   What goes into the first delivery, what waits, and how we will know it worked. Without a written definition of done, we do not start.

2. 02

   Building in vertical slices

   Each slice cuts through data, agent, approval and interface, and ships to production. We prefer one whole slice working over four half-built layers.

3. 03

   Assisted operation

   We follow it in production: what broke, what humans rejected in staging, where the agent got it wrong. That feedback is what corrects the design.

4. 04

   Handover

   Decision records, runbooks and pairing with your team. The goal is your autonomy, not our permanence.
