The Foundation builds three pieces for the process chosen in the Assessment. The cockpit, the screen where your team follows the operation, triggers AI agents and approves what they propose. The knowledge core, the knowledge base the agents read from, which becomes the company's source of truth, the official record of every piece of data. And the governance rules: who decides what, what each agent can access and which actions require a person's approval.

How the work is done

Foundations of truth
We set up the knowledge core and the rules for how data comes in, when it becomes official, how it goes out to other systems, how it is checked and how its history is kept. By the end of this phase, the cockpit is the operation's official record.

Governance and security
We define who decides what, how far each agent can go, each agent's identity, the human approval points, separation of duties and which actions cannot be undone. These rules are in place before any agent goes live.

Agentic architecture
We build the agents on three levels (Manager, Specialist and Worker): each one's area, what each level can leave in staging, who approves what and which tools each agent can use.

Cockpit surface
We set up the cockpit so your team can follow the operation and its history, ask questions, approve and audit, also through channels such as email and Slack.
