How the work is done

Operational immersion (3 to 5 days)
Interviews with the leaders of each area. We map processes as they actually run, volumes, problems, regulatory constraints and the decisions that are made today with no record.

Executive direction (1 day)
One day with leadership to write the A.I. First thesis: the role of the cockpit, where human approval is mandatory, security and governance rules, and what the source of truth will be. That document becomes the reference for every AI decision in the company.

Entry prioritization
Each candidate process is scored on client problem, financial impact, operational risk, internal support, how much of the process is already digital and ease of integration. The plan can cover the whole company, but implementation starts with a single process.

Presentation and plan
Board presentation with the company's standing on the five criteria, the chosen process, the plan for the next milestones, a budget estimate and how to measure success.
